u must be disgruntled.Because the one thing you did NOT say was that it does not work.

BECASUE YOU KNOW IT DOES. I TAKE AND KNOW SEVERAL PEOPLE THAT DO AND GUESS WHAT? IT WORKS. NOW YOU TELL ME WHAT COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A "SCRIPT" TO WORK FROM WHEN THEY ARE IN SALES?

I don't know if you are angry because they fired you or not. Sounds like it. but since when is an Omega 3 a bad thing? I'm thinking you are disgruntled.

OR someone who waited too long to ask to cancel.

Just don't wait until too clse to your billing cycle to cancel and you will be alright.That comment is for the billing issue complaints above.

P.S.....

Customer's do call in time to cancel. However, the rep tries to convince them to try it for a bit longer. Therefore, the customer can sometimes ends up calling to cancel past the so called time.

Sorry, but I worked for the company for over 2 years and I know the tactics they used to keep people from trying to return their product and get a refund.

This company is a scam and tricks people into an auto ship. And if the rep does not try every line to rebut the customer, to retain them, no matter what the reason the customer has from being out of work, death in the family, or it does not work for them, or if it does, they can find the same thing cheaper, and believe me, they can, that rep will be in trouble as their numbers will fall.

Great Healthworks, DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS.
